Please note, you have to bring your own table cloth and have a presentable display. Your table setup must be ready by 5:30pm. Please do not be late.

FYI : filling in this form doesn’t confirm your participation at this event. Please wait for confirmation. The reason for this is to give a fair chance to every vendor and not have the same type of products on the day.
Please note that there are a few rules if you want to be a vendor:
- Always be on time (setting up later than the started time will result in being forever eliminated from the future events. No excuses. You have enough time to prepare before.
- Do not ask for “better” table. Please note everyone gets allocated a specific table. No such requests will be taken into considerations.
- You are responsible for setting up your table. Make it attractive for customers. Bring your own tablecloth/signage, a good sales person that’s not going to sit and stare at their phone, but rather be friendly and accommodating
- If you need an electrical point, please notify in advance.
- You do not close earlier than the time stated.
- Do not walk around with your products and try to sell to people. You are allocated a specific table for a reason.
