We currently offer deliveries within Lagos and to selected locations across Nigeria.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Lagos: 24–48 hours
Other locations within Nigeria: 7–10 days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or redelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our beauty, skincare, haircare, and bodycare products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, except where required by applicable law.

Personalised products and custom-made gift boxes may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production or preparation has begun, except where required by law.
